the Therapeutic process
Left & Right Brain processing
The Mindful Ways Method approaches healing by engaging both the left and right hemispheres of the brain. When we engage the left analytical processing of the brain alongside the right emotional awareness, we create a more complete and balanced healing experience.
The integrative process helps you access and process experiences more fully, promoting lasting change.
The Nervous System
By working with the nervous system, we address how thoughts, emotions, and sensations are stored and experienced in the body. This holistic approach calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and strengthens the mind-body connection, supporting healing from the inside out.
lense of curiosity
With a lense of non judgmental curiosity, we can trust that healing emerges not from answers or advice, but from the client’s ability to make meaning, feel seen, and move at their own pace. This kind of attuned curiosity invites you, the client, to co-create the process—one where you are not being analyzed or corrected, but gently witnessed and supported as you reconnect with their own wisdom, clarity, and sense of self.
Your therapist is someone completely outside your daily life devoted solely to your well-being.
Unlike any other role in your life, your therapist is a dedicated, unbiased presence — here solely for you, with nothing expected in return except your honesty and effort.
For one hour, the space is entirely yours.
Your therapist should feel like a match, where you feel safe, heard, and respected. With a therapeutic orientation and style that supports and enhances your growth. Not every therapist is the right match for every person. That’s okay — The world doesn’t work that way, and therapy shouldn’t either!
Your thoughts, your emotions, your story —you get to show up exactly as you are, without judgment.
I am a master’s-level counseling student currently completing my clinical training with children, adolescents, and adults. While I am not yet available to begin working with clients independently, I look forward to graduating in December 2025—at which time I will be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
